This is for home safety; please share it with your family!
Everyone should check his home in case you have these two chemicals. According to the attached leaflet, a women had died because of the gas omitted out of mixing these two chemical agents. (see attachment)
Just for explanation:
The two chemical cannot be combined as it will liberate harmful Chlorine gas as it will most probably result in the below shown chemical reaction:

Toilet cleaner bleaching
Basically caustic + Basically Chlorine
NaOH + Cl2 = NaCl + Chlorine gas + H2O
